PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
She has developed her career in the business sector, providing in-house legal advice to Spanish companies with an international presence and operations. During this period, she played an active role in structuring and executing complex corporate and commercial transactions, business restructuring and group reorganisations, as well as implementing and overseeing compliance and corporate governance policies.
She has also coordinated projects with legal implications across different jurisdictions and provided support on contractual, corporate, regulatory and risk-management matters.
This experience has given her a global and strategic understanding of the business environment, combining legal expertise with a practical appreciation of the challenges of international operations.
